Well what a start to 2012 we have had. Our personalised in-house training with Jeannie Devereaux (one of the leading ingredients gurus in the country) was outstanding. We will be speaking to Jeannie about another in salon event very soon, so will keep you posted on that. I am determined, when there is time, to keep a diary of how many times in a day / week / month that I am confronted with the absolute couldn’t care less attitude that is typical of the above mentioned companies / institutions / the modern world in general……..Does anyone care anymore about service and accountability and those old fashioned (well almost ancient) values that help to make people feel like they actually matter? And what’s even sadder is that we all accept this as the ‘norm’ now. In fact we have come to expect it.
